Ammonia purification plant

The drying device adopts an adsorption drying process. Ammonia gas from the liquid ammonia storage system enters the dryer and is adsorbed by the 3A molecular sieve in the dryer, thus obtaining pure ammonia gas with dew point less than-40 °C. As the molecular sieve will be saturated after a certain period of use, it must be regenerated, when the molecular sieve is heated to more than 250 °C, and a small amount of nitrogen is added, so that the water vapor removed by the molecular sieve is carried away by the regeneration gas, the regenerated molecular sieve can be reused after cooling. Purification device adsorption drying device consists of two dryers and Germany Baode solenoid valve, Germany gammi pneumatic valve, two dryers automatic control switch, one working while the other regeneration.


The temperature control part of the dryer consists of thermocouple, temperature control table, contactor and so on. Each dryer is equipped with a thermocouple, distributed in the middle of the container. Two thermocouples of the dryer with a temperature control meter, the intermediate relay switch, the dryer only in the regeneration of heating temperature control, equipment heating temperature can be set in the temperature controller.


In order to prevent the liquid ammonia from freezing, the spraying device should be used at the front stage when the device is used in winter. The hot water is provided by the hot water gasification system. The water is heated by an electric heater, and the ammonia bottle is sprayed.


The regeneration gas of the device is nitrogen.
