In a word, oxygen, hydrogen and water in spheroidizing annealing protective gas are the most important factors in decarbonization. The decarbonization can only be stopped by removing the impurity components in the part. How to remove this component, is a more difficult process, but so that the gas does not produce such impurities, relatively simple.


The decarburization phenomenon caused by the protection gas problem has been solved perfectly by the carbon-added deoxidization and nitrogen purification system developed by VIMAX. The equipment can not only meet the high requirement of nitrogen purity in the furnace, but also meet the high purity nitrogen without oxygen, hydrogen, water and other impurities.


The purity of Compressed air is 99.9% , and the oxygen content is 0.1% . The carbon fiber material containing palladium is added in the later stage and reacts with oxygen in Nitrogen by heating to form carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. After oxygen removal, the products of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide are generated, and most of them are removed by Adsorbents, leaving about 3 PPM residue. In the spheroidizing annealing furnace, the steel only contacts with high purity nitrogen and trace carbon dioxide, so that the condition of decarburization can not be satisfied and decarburization can be prevented.
